Long Deep Breathing Belly Breathing Calms/controls mind, More Oxygen for Body, Purifies Blood Breathe in through nose slowly --make belly into big balloon --fill lungs completely, as much as you can get in Breathe out through nose slowly (same amount of time as inhale) --empty to of lungs then rest, --pull belly in to spine and up, as much as you can get out |
4 equal parts breath Box /1 Minute breath (Build to 1 minute breath 15 sec per part) Builds stamina & strong nerves. Helps you deal with problems with ease. More Oxygen in blood for body and mind. Breathe in through nose slowly and--make belly into big balloon -fill lungs completely, as much as you can get inHold/Suspend the breath IN (same amount of time as inhale) --focus on being very steady and calm Breathe out through nose slowly (same amount of time as inhale) --empty to of lungs then rest, --pull belly in to spine and up, as much as you can get out Hold/Suspend the breath OUT (same amount of time as inhale) -focus on being very steady and calm -focus on the navel pulled to the spine -focus on the lowest part of the lungsStart the inhale again slowly & continue! To End: Inhale Deep and Hold the breath IN then relax. |
